Classic Auto Group is the preeminent group of dealerships in greater Cleveland. Their service is exceptional. They fundamentally get taking care of their customers from buying to service/repair. As much as anyone hates having to have their car serviced, the Classic Mini dealership makes it a pleasure to do business with them. Michael and Joe at Mini service are top notch, like I've never had better service experiences from a dealership, not even close. They go out of their way to be helpful and do what they can to take care of their customers. I drive from Avon Lake to Willoughby because they are that good and bc their repair prices are significantly less than the other Mini dealership in town (like 30 percent ever time I've compared).
