Everyone at the dealership is very personable. Most of my encounters are getting the occasional car wash or routine maintenance and every time I come I get a welcoming hello from Eric (Service) or one the sales persons or even management. They are a great group of people who believe in customer service. I love coming here because when I come in for service, I don’t feel like they are trying to pad services. They tell you the maintenance that may be needed in the future along with explaining what was done at that visit. This way when you bring your car in; the next visit you already have some idea of what may be needed given their explanation of preventive maintenance. Great Place.

The overall experience in purchasing from Classic Lexus was very good. Both our salesman Mo and the manager Dylan were good to work with, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only part that was disappointing was the fact that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I purchased and I am being required to wait for the balance owed me. Still, even with this one area of disappointment I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again on a future vehicle purchase.

I had an awesome day there, everyone was very friendly from the time you walk in. From the front desk clerk. Would like to say thank you from a great Dealer there by the name Arron Williams, he got the job done! I’m so excited about my new car Also the manger I believe his name is Matt, man he gave me everything from Lexus today teddy bear, pens cup so i can ride in style this location is the best.
