Where do I even begin. This is a family owned business, who has been here for years and I know why. Costumer service is beyond great. Very professional makes you feel welcome. My salesman Russ went the extra mile for me for this process. I was unsure of a few questions however I was walked thru step by step and made me feel very comfortable with my new purchase. Hands down the best car spot around!!!
Overall good experience. Staff was knowledgeable and helped me get a loan when others couldn't. Most importantly, the car I bought is in very good shape, and I definitely recommend
My brother purchased a vehicle from Russ as the sales person .Drove the vehicle home had it looked at as I told him he needed brakes . Called Russ back had vehicle towed to his shop because not only does it need brakes the frame is also in need of major repair. he would not buy the vehicle back but he said he will fix it to my brothers satisfaction. So far he has done nothing but avoid us. This is not the kind of a thing a real business should do. My brother paid cash, what's the problem did they have to rob Peter to pay Paul. It is now been at least 3 weeks, and still waiting for something to be done. Only reason you get 1 star is because it will not let me post unless I give at least 1 instead of 0!!
Due to my credit situation I wasn’t able to get a car and was in dyer need for one. Russ and the rest of the staff at Cleveland Auto Wholesale were very accommodating and I was able to receive a very reliable vehicle. I would definitely do business with them again!
Russ is Amazing the process was super easy. Got a beautiful SUV with not so desirable credit. Got financed with payments that fit my budget. Thank you Cleveland Auto because they gave me a chance when no one else would.
