Thanks to Russ and the staff at Action Auto Wholesale. I purchased a car from Russ, he was super easy to deal with and had a very good price on a car I was in the market for. He went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and was very forthcoming with the few minor issues the car had (20 year old car). I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from him in the future.

Stopped in at the Wickliffe lot. Mike and Russ gave me excellent service! Left with a great running beautiful car! I don’t usually give reviews, but these guys were the best! I highly recommend!

For my first experience getting a car from a dealership, it was a great experience thanks to Russ. He came out and greeted us when we first arrived and promptly got the keys to the car we were looking at so we could start it up and see the inside. We weren't initially sure if we could afford the car but when we worked out the finances and called back later that day Russ had all the paperwork ready for us when we came out for the test drive. The car is in amazing condition and I would recommend anyone come to Action Auto. In fact we took advantage of their referral program and a family member came out and got a car from Russ. A+ Service and A+ Vehicles
