Manager is terrible. Terrible customer service and relationship building. They refuse to do transactions that I have no problem with doing at other locations. Every time I go here there’s an issue I tell myself never again that I’ll go to another KeyBank but find myself going out of convenience of where it’s located only to be disappointed once again by their coldness and unprofessionalism.
We have been banking with Key for years, this is by far the best location. Everyone that works here is phenomenal, always pleasant and efficient! Great work KeyBank :)
The ladies are nice but I've had to go back 3 times in the past six months for transaction errors. 1. My money was deposited in someone else's account 2. I asked for a withdraw from one account and they took it from another. 3. Because of that error I was charged an over draft fee. The bank manager said he would correct the error within the hour and it's taken over 24hrs. I'm switching to Chase if the issue isn't resolved.
