I really enjoyed my experience with M&F Auto. Jude was extremely helpful in getting me into the car I had come by to see. I told him my price range and he stuck to it when showing me other cars. My biggest frustration had been being very clear about my price range to other sales men and then being shown cars twice that price. Jude was very diligent to listen and stick to what I had asked for. He made sure several times that I was getting the car that I wanted. At one point, he offered me a snack (which I thought was from the dealership) and then he pulled out his lunch box and gave me something from that. This was a first for me. I appreciated his genuine kindness and attentiveness. He made the process very easy and stress free. Thank you, Jude! I will absolutely refer to you.

When I came in initially, about a week ago, there were a few things that left me disappointed with my experience. However, after expressing my frustration, M & F Auto Sales went above and beyond in order to ensure that they quickly made it right; not only by me, but my son as well. I came back today at their request; and was made to feel valued & overwhelmingly appreciated, rather than feeling as though I were just a sale. In all honesty, I did not know what to expect upon my return, however, Lydia, her brother, Tina & Jude did a phenomenal job in earning our business. This was SO much more than a business transaction! They were sincere and wholeheartedly heartfelt in making sure that we left satisfied, whether we ended up purchasing a vehicle or not. Which of course we did! Would I recommend M & F Auto Sales??? A resounding yes! Thank you all again for all that you did today. We will NEVER forget it! God bless

I’m please to say that I had a wonderful experience with Jude at the Coors location. He really went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcomed and comfortable during our car buying experience. He was so patient and kind as we test drove multiple SUVs. Even though we didn’t find our perfect fit today he is going the extra mile to search for an SUV and keep us updated. I would definitely recommend M&F after this experience and shout out to Jude for being so amazing today!

Curtis Hill is a pleasure to work with. He makes purchasing a vehicle fun, including during the additional wait time. Curtis is personable and fun to deal with. He stayed the late hours with us to make sure we were taken care of. I loved the fact that there was no pressure to buy and he was looking out for us and not himself. Plus he's a super cool guy!!!

Curtis Hill is the car dealer that helped me find my vehicle today down at the dealership at Coors. Curtis was a great help and he is definitely a guy I would go to get another vehicle again. He is nice, gets his job done, and makes sure you get what you want. Highly recommend Curtis Hill.
