The onion rings were homemade and the best I think I've ever had, and not greasy. We got a thin and crispy pizza and we both loved it!!!! Like days of old, just perfectly done...so good. We are from Stow and would travel there to eat. Also, great and friendly service. We arrived there with no expectations and were so pleasantly surprised.

They never update the menu. When you choose a restaurant specifically because of an item they have on the menu and they don't actually have it, because they neglected to update the online menu, its extremely disappointing. I have not had a good experience at the Madison Joey's in many years. Keep trying to give them another chance.

Submitted online order of about $100. Item missing from my order and no response to two emails. Not a huge deal so did not pursue with a phone call but disappointed in the customer service (and it's not a no reply email address - they even confirm the email address for questions in the order confirmation). Food was average for the price. Pasta portions have gotten smaller and no longer include a salad.

Something changed with this place. Two week I ordered fish and chips. It was the special! At 4:00pm. ordered extra lemon and it comes fries too. I was told 45 minutes for delivery. An hour later a called. The driver arrived with part of my dinner. No lemon and no fries. I called . They apologized and would bring out the rest right away. An hour later the cold fries arrived. It cost me $16 for cold food waiting 2 hours. I have been going for years. I’ll never go again. I would like to give zero stars .
