Longer than usual waiting times and ranking $$ on cost side, but overall a great place for Sushi around the area. Liked the service, the food and the ambiance..stayed a week in Madison, OH and visited pretty much every day for dinner. Great wide range of slections.. No regrets!
Poor customer service. They post on their website that they offer “curbside pickup”. So I sent my husband to do the pick up with my 18 month old daughter. They say “call this number when you get here and someone will bring your order to you”. Absolutely untrue. My husband called when he got there. They said. Okay come get it. He had to unbuckle my daughter and drag her into the cold to get his own order. This is not the definition of curbside service. If you can’t perform the service, don’t offer it. Won’t be ordering here anymore. Easy fix.
Get sushi for the family when we get the chance. The staff is friendly and really helpful. The order is never wrong and is always fresh and fairly quick. Nice sushi restaurant right on the square.
Gotta love any sushi place in such a small environment. Have had excellent to average fish here. You should try this sushi parlor. Ask questions, as the menu is incomplete.
