EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BODY AND PAINT JOB!!!! I was well informed at all times. Shad was AMAZINGLY patient, courteous, and worked diligently to perform perfection for my 2017 Dodge Durango. I bought my SUV from the dealer, and my hood paint and side rear was peeling badly. Shad understood my frustration and took care of my vehicle as it was his own. My SUV looks like a brand new 2021 show room condition paint job. They also detailed and washed my vehicle. All I can say is WOW!! Thank you Pike's CARSTAR for ALWAYS taking good care of all our vehicles. We won't go anywhere else. You have our business for life. Lee and Jean White

From the time I dropped my truck off to when I picked it up Pikes associates were very professional, friendly and helpful. The repair work they did was flawless, you can't even tell there had been a altercation. They kept me up to date on their progress and were able to finish the job 1 day early. I was surprised to find my trucks cab was cleaned and vacuumed for me when I got in. I will definitely use them again in the future if the need should arise.

I just picked up my Jeep Wrangler from having repairs done related to hitting a deer (grill, bumper and paint damage) and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. The entire front of my car looks brand new! I decided to go with their shop after my insurance company recommended them and I will definitely return to them for any work needed in the future. I dropped my car off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday which was a much faster turnaround time than I had expected. I also liked that the technician (s) kept me updated along the way and told me exactly what they were doing and when. All around great work!

This is a great body shop. They fixed my car as promised they washed it and vacuumed it before returning it to me in excellent condition. This business is highly recommended.
