Bought my 2015 LTZ Cruze from them they did everything they promised they would. Fixed any problem that happened. Erica was fantastic and efficient. Highly recommend.

I purchased a vehicle from this place about 2 weeks ago. I chose this place out of convenience because its local for me even though the cars are overpriced. I was interested in a car at the Cleveland location so they drove it to Madison for me to test. On their way to the Madison location the light came on for the tire pressure. Erika assured me they would fix this. The next day the car had oil all over my driveway. After calling Erika she assured all the problems would be fixed and made me an appointment with her mechanic for the next day. After several trips back and forth to the mechanic the oil problem was finally fixed but he didnt have the equipment to check my light. I called Erika again and she said her tire guy would be in that day and she would send him to my work to check it. She told me to call her back at 3 that day. I called her back at 3 and then several times after and have yet to talk to someone. I also discovered someone had completely taken out the turn signal sockets and had to replace them. I am very disappointed. They do not value your time and the whole process has been a huge inconvenience. I teach my children all day and work a full time job in the evenings and weekends. If you value your time and money like I do I wouldn't recomend!!! If you buy a $10,000 vehicle don't you expect it to have no problems for at least a few months!?

Erika was so helpful and supportive! She worked hard for us, we truly felt that she wanted what was best for us in our situation. She walked us through the whole process so we understood and left feeling confident that we made the right decision by coming to National Auto Credit! I will be recommending to friends and family.
