Chris- Becky and Jeremy know their stuff when it comes to any truck. I had a great experience yesterday in my 2011 Ram, had me done in and out super fast and very professional.nnI was told by competitor that it couldn’t be done, well Trail City came out above and beyond and proved them wrong.nnI will be back for all my truck needs - I refuse to go anywhere else. I also live a hour and a half away and it’s worth the drive.nnGreat prices and great people!nThank you again Trail City

I have been to trail city several of times, but this time was not good at all. Wednesday the 17th I scheduled an appointment for my exhaust system to be installed and I talked to Becky and she said I could come in Tuesday the 23rd. So I took my truck in at 8am then I went to school I called around 1:00pm to see if my truck was going to be done around 2:00 because that’s when I was able to pick it up. I called Trail City and talked to Becky and she asked my name and phone number and I gave it to her. Keep this in mind I called them a couple of times since the day I scheduled my appointment. But Becky told me to wait a few minutes, 7 minutes later Chris got on the phone with me and said that I was not on the schedule today and they did not have my name or phone number in their system. I talked to them like three times since Wednesday the 17th leading up to the 23rd, and when I get there I’m not on the schedule. Chris did apologize but it is very odd that I was not on the schedule after talking to them 3 times since my appointment was made. I drove 25 minutes to mount vernon at 8am for nothing.
