My Son and I ordered double cheese burgers...the burgers were dry and burnt around the edges. The burgers appear to have been kept in a warmer well past the alloted time. I thought DQ cooked their burgers fresh to order.
First they forgot my order because it was the second one in a vehicle. Then I got home to open it and enjoy it to realize that I got onion rings instead of fries, and gravy instead of queso dip which I paid extra for. I understand places get busy. But y'all gotta be better than this
I do not understand why the staff are so unfriendly. I've gone several times thinking it was just a one or two times bad kinda day but really they are very rude and I am done. The girl at the drive thru handed us our drinks COVERED in pop and when I asked for more napkins she got even more snarky. Can the manager find more friendly staff or are they learning that this is ok behavior? This the season to be jolly!!
Very good! Drive thru only with a large parking area and tables to eat out.
Horribly slow. Multiple mistakes in order. Food was okay though.
