If you're reading this and thinking about work at tower automotive, I would push the brakes and think again. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They put lazy narcissistic people in leader positions there which compromises the integrity of this company. I very highly recommend starting your career or taking your business elsewhere. Save this time and find a company more deserving of your talent and work ethic

This is a factory that builds truck frames. It is NOT an auto parts store.
People are very nice . My husband works there. I've never seen such nice workers.friendly. to my experience with factory work. Not so much.i give a 10 outta 10 so does hubby.
So they say they will hire you in at 30 days on fast track program and make 14.00 an hr before Christmas they say well the break is starting the 22 of dec and I’ve talked to many people who who’ve been working there and said that they been working 60+ days on their fast track program and still not hired. Makes me think if they lie and screw people over like that why would anybody want to stay there seem like a joke glad I didn’t choose the I feel bad for the people working there place is ran by a bunch of snakes and the management is horrible there to allow this to go on how said to run a company’s name in the ground like that
