I did an overnight retreat with Dave and Alana and I HIGHLY recommend this little Ohio oasis. I departed with clarity and feeling loads LIGHTer. I have been able to bring the importance of the space I create for myself home with me. I felt very safe in this COVID-19 era, and the cabin and accommodations were rustic and charming. I definitely suggest layering up and making sure you bring the proper bedding to keep warm during the cooler months. I also suggest bringing snacks for in between meals and hikes. I came prepared so I was all set. I hope to make this an annual destination to reset, reflect, and relax.
Deeply fulfilling and profoundly gratifying describe this truly lovely retreat experience. I learned, I laughed and I loved. Dave and Alana are warm and loving teachers who provide a restorative and supportive environment for their guests with each and every class, interaction and nourishing meal. This retreat was perfect with its unique blend of structured yoga and bodywork in a homey and rustic setting. I will most definitely be returning.

Dave and Alana are truly great people to work with. The massage was wonderful and the yoga was a great experience. I had never done yoga or Breema before and they made it accessible and fun. Would highly recommend.
