Friendly people whether it's the parts department or the sales department. They have a great selection of motorcycles and accessories to choose from. Just remember you're going to a Harley Davidson dealer don't expect lowest prices just expect quality parts and accessories from good people

Did a private sale and did rider to rider to make the financing easier and took the bike to them on my trailer to look at mileage and vin and sign a few papers. They charged $250 for paperwork fee which I can understand but is really high as I am a dealer myself but why they get 1 star is for a fee for a service which was not preferred and was charged $500 for freight & assembly. I tried to contact them twice to get refunded and never got back to me after waiting 3 weeks. Hopefully someone makes this right before we take legal action. We are in the same line of business and being charged for a service that was not completed is a big issue.
This is my local dealership. My first place when it comes to parts. Johnny did a phenomenal job as far as service is concerned. Now the downside for the parts I request they are always need to order. But it's understandable you cannot stock absolutely every part for every bike.
The employees at this dealership are amazing. They treat you like a friend from the moment you walk in. Very knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommend going to see them!!
