Very knowledgeable, super friendly, no pressure sales. When you purchase from them you feel good about supporting small business. I drove over 1.5hrs to buy from them and will send referrals their way. They stayed after to meet my schedule needs and didn’t rush me out, just an overall very good experience.

First, Let me say this. I did not buy. Yet. I have been having a landscape outfit do my yard for the last 3 years. I have always felt I could handle it myself but with hours worked and such, always paid someone else. I have done some home work and called a few places to ask about my situation. My situation is this, My yard is treacherous. Lots of hills, turns, rocks, etc. Big steep hills. I have asked other companies about their mower line's abilities and safety. naturally I do not want to slide, flip, or roll a mower. The only person to offer to bring over a mower and give it a shot was Mike in Middlefield at Realtoys. Yep, we are both on the same page. Its gonna just take a walk behind. Or, pay someone else. The Spartan 42 inch Zero turn will probably handle the job as it seemed to be sure footed enough. But its just a lot and I could not get comfortable enough. Mikes time and knowledge of his product is respected by me and I will return to seek other options. He demo'd the mower to a T and let me drive as well. Yes, I did not buy. But I will. Soon. Kudos Mike! Thank you for your consideration and time!!

Tyler and Mike are both great to work with! They encourage you to test it out first, no pressure sales, have or can get any info you need about the Spartan line and made my first purchase an all around good experience. I'm definitely going to purchase a second mower from them! The follow up service is what won me over, if you're looking for a mower, go check out Real Toys!! I live an hour away but was worthe ride!

I had previously taken my kids go cart to another small engine repair shop in middlefield to remain nameless, They quoted me 800 bucks for a new motor. I did a quick google search and found real toys not far away. I called Real Toys and spoke with Tyler, he told me to bring it up and let him have a look. Boy am I glad I did. Tyler and Mike were super accommodating, professional, but most of all Honest! What a rare thing to encounter these days. He found my motor and clutch and had it installed at a fraction of the quote I had received at the other place. The go cart looked Immaculate and it even had a fresh tank of gas. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thx Real Toys! I could not be happier!
