Preston Kia gave me their best price first, unlike my experience at other dealerships. I appreciated that. Their staff seems to go out of their way to ensure all my questions were answered. I also was provided the opportunity to take a extended multi day test drive to ensure I was comfortable with my selection. I walked out of the dealership satisfied I was treated well and fairly. They also have a post sell program to keep my vehicle maintained for free with the option to pick my car up, service, and bring it back. Considering I live 30 minutes away from dealership, I appreciate this service. Im happy with my decision to purchase my vehicle at Preston Kia.

My wife bought a brand new car there and it didn't seem to drive right. They called her back in and gave her a trade in and made sure she was happy. This is my third time at the Preston dealership. They have by far the best customer service I have ever seen, even after the car deal is complete. I highly recommend, and I personally will not go car shopping anywhere else.

They are absolutely amazing. This is fourth or fifth vehicle we have purchased from Preston KIA. From start to finish, everyone is polite and helpful. Karen Grcar is in sales and is my go to person and then to James Preston in Finance when its time to sign all the paperwork. Even their service department staff is great. Its well worth the drive to go to Preston's. My wife and I drive to Preston's and pass a KIA dealer that is only 10 minutes from our house.

After a minor misunderstanding, Preston Kia handled the situation extremely well. The manager Ed, helped us get into a car and was gracious and handled the situation with integrity. We have bought numerous cars from Preston, and we will continue to. Pat Preston has assembled a very knowledgeable and understanding team. If anyone is looking to purchase a car, Jason at Kia was outstanding. The staff are friendly, courteous, and make the car buying experience easy. Great job Pat Preston and staff!!

It started as a simple service visit for my Soul. Brian and the entire service department was very excellent. They found the issue in a timely manner, and explained all my options. As I was waiting for the service to be completed, I wanted to check out the new Seltos. Bruce Friedman was very kind, incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. At no point did I ever feel pressured into buying my car, or taken advantage of. He made sure I had everything I needed to make the most informed decision— including 2 test drives, and having Tony in Finance involved where he was very thorough and transparent about the cost to me and explained my options and recommended the best way for me to go. Even if I would have said no, they took the time to get me the numbers that mattered. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and finding the car in the color and with the features I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for new car. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever been a part of.
