This place is legit! Went there on a Sunday morning and no long lines or long wait times. Ordered the beach breakfast with the chorizo hash (highly recommend that add on!) and the banana pudding waffles. Omg, it was delicious!! Great spot and the coffee was delicious as well. The customer service was superb as well with friendly staff! I will definitely be coming back!

December 30, 2020. Evening. Utter collapse and failure. They took my families order around 7:15pm. Charged a family debit card, or went through. By 9 pm we called and asked where our order was. Even though this was the question asked, we were informed “it’s been delivered”.nnThey were informed it hasn’t been delivered. We were then assured - it HAD ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED.nnThis was what got emotions going. ~ Why would we waist our time if we were already eating? (One autistic child a second child, two adults. You may know what it’s like dealing with a regular kid, an autistic kid - FIXATES on a subject doesn’t let go. So know we are in a debate with the representative and the child is demanding and fixating about dinner)nnWe ask for a manager. The manager keeps saying what we have heard before - it’s delivered. - I’m telling you it’s our card you have and our order is NOT here. Then the guy says that no one took the order... then the guy says it’s been real hectic and It’s all because of the stimulus checks.....nnSeriously? You charged my card. Lost my order. Won’t admit it. Then tell me it’s all the fault of the federal government. Then tell me again we got it already... then tell me you never got the order out information.nnAt least stick to a story there “Steph”. Whim by the Way at this time isn’t the General Manager.... even though they claimed to be.nnKick in the pants was we were trying to come back after repeated mistakes.....nnSo, yes, Our experience with this venue is appropriately scored the lowest possible.nnAt any time they could have apologized and rushed us our order. At ashy time they could have said I don’t know. At any time they could have Accepted they made a mistake. Instead of blaming us, Congress..., the banking system, and society..... literally everyone but them - making a simple mistake.

New staff has really changed this store! Getting my food faster and it’s delicious! Their stuffed crust is by far the best ever!!

We had a great day but there is something that needs to improve! Great food and place, but good customer service is important!

Want happy customers, Papa John’s? Then change your management. Your restaurant has a reputation for being inconsistent and unprofessional. You should respect your customers, not to mention follow through on their orders.
