Just had a pizza delivered, we didn’t get any of our sauces that we paid for...AGAIN. And they didn’t bring the icing with the cinnamon twists, which will now go to waste. My husband called not 2 minutes after the delivery and the person basically told him they didn’t feel like coming back to our house, and that they would just put a $10 credit on our account. This doesn’t make up for the $4 delivery fee, the $3 we paid for the sauces in the first place, or the $6 cinnamon twists that will not get eaten without the icing (we are a household of picky eaters!). We are not looking for a credit or a “free pizza” on our next order, we simply want what we ordered and paid for in the first place. I’m sorry you don’t feel like driving back to our house, but this is your job. Unacceptable and ridiculous. This is not the first, or the second, time something like this has happened from this location. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a hand tossed pizza received a very undercooked pan pizza. Called store they then delivered a very burnt extremely salted hand tossed pizza. Guess their little run is over in my house...absolutely disgusting.

This domino's location is always on point with our order, and always delivers on time. You couldn't ask for a better pizza joint around, quality pizza, good service, and great deals... definitely recommend them to locals, and people just passing through!

Terrible experience tonight. It took over an hour and a half to get our order (2 medium pizzas). The tracker they provide was stuck on “Calvin is checking your order”. Then all of the sudden almost 2 hours later here sets 2 pizzas on our front porch bench. Mine was okay, but my husbands was super greasy. Very disappointed!!!!

Went to call to place an order and was greeted with an automated ordering system that doesn't allow you to speak to anyone in the store, tried placing a customized order for 2 orders of bread twists without parmesan or garlic (plain) and it wouldn't allow me to do that. Drove to the store and of course you can't go in yet even though you can go to restaurants to sit down and eat... So I just drove off and got them elsewhere. There needs to be a way to contact the actual store and there needs to be an option to customize your order, there should also be a third option of having bread twists plain, I know I'm in the minority but there are people out there that like breadsticks but don't like or can't eat cheese. I love Domino's taste but I had to go with Papa John's instead.
