Staff is very nice ..facility is clean ...my son enjoys going and doing the training ...looking forward to next season to see his improvement on the field !!
Could not be more pleased with the strength and conditioning program our 13U Ohio Stealth baseball team is participating in. Derrick (trainer) is great with the boys and is putting them thru their paces. Definitely worth looking into for off season work.
We have had nothing but a positive experience with Redline. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and I will continue to do so. My son loves training at redline and the trainers and owner is great!
Solid, age appropriate workouts for kids and teens. There are always lots of trainers so you get personal instruction even in a group setting. Sessions start on the hour so it's super convenient to get the kids there. The sport specific training is great too: baseball, softball, basketball, football, soccer, lacrosse, you name it, they've got someone who knows it.
Amazing place with some of the best Trainers that you will ever find. Sean was very nice to us and Mario is great with kids and people in general. 20/10 would recommend. Get your kids here. Best thing I have been to ever.
