If you want a safe place to fit in no matter your experience level this is it. I am loved and stretched physically, mentally and spiritually here. The infrared heat concept is amazing and instructors are top notch.
Hot yoga at GetFit is like no other. They use infrared heat, it feels amazing and does not dehydrate the body like cranking the thermostat can. Instructors are wonderful, environment is positive and encouraging, and the workout is phenomenal.
