In my profession, fitness can be the difference between life and death. I’ve been going to this gym for a long time and doing CrossFit in general for over a decade. It’s gotten me in the best shape of my life and creates an overall level of strength and fitness like nothing else can! It’s functional movements that you can and will use everyday. And this gym has created some wonderful lasting friendships because it’s full of amazing people. It’s like a family in there!
Delaware Fit Factory is led by an owner and group of coaches who practice what they preach. You'll never find another gym like it! I have become better in all areas because of this place. You are pushed to be better everyday and the members are wonderful people. Try it out! See for yourself!
Been working out here for a month now and I love it! The environment is fun and professional. I’ve worked out before but a lot of the lifts are new to me and the coaches have been very helpful with getting me to proper form. I highly recommend this gym to anyone.
Joined this gym about 5 months ago. It has helped me meet my goals. Not only do they have a family like atmosphere, but they members and owner truly care about you as an individual. I don’t ever see myself leaving this facility. It’s well worth it. Give it a shot.
The gym is a welcoming environment where everyone encourages one another to be the best version of themselves with a community of support. The coaches and members are truly there everyday for the right reason. I highly recommend becoming a member and coming to join us!
