My order came even quicker than expected. I will definitely order from them again.
I ordered and paid for a JetBoil Sumo from them via Google Shopping. The next day I received an e-mail that my order had been canceled at my request with a follow-up e-mail that the item was out of stock. I received a full refund, but now I am having to order my item elsewhere with rush shipping because of the delay. Just because their website says an item is in stock and can be delivered by a certain date does not mean that they can *actually* fulfill your order. I am also very concerned about the dubious e-mail specifying that I had requested to cancel the order when I did no such thing. That really sounds sketchy to me - like they are trying to cover up the fact that they sold an item that they did not have and make it sound like I canceled the order.
Love their products! All high quality items!nnI have gotten a wide range of products from GetOutland and I have been very pleased with all of them! From wool socks, to Hydroflask water bottles, book bags and blankets to hammocks, they are all high quality! Will definitely be purchasing again from GetOutland!
