I have shopped at Cato stores for 15+ years, and this store particular store for about 3 years. I like the clothing fit and the price is fair. However, the staff at this store ALWAYS annoys me.nI think they must have some sort of point/reward system for getting people to order online from their store. If I order online from home and have my items shipped to store, the staff makes me feel guilty for doing so. As in, they will say, “It would really help us out if you came in store to order online. We don’t get any recognition when you order from home.”nWhen I go to the store to make a purchase, they always say at the register “Do you need these clothes right away? I can order them for you online with free shipping to the store.” WHY would I go to the store otherwise?! I want to leave with the jeans I just tried on, not come back in two weeks after you order another pair!nA few days ago, the manager was trying to get me to order pants by looking at the Cato website on her PERSONAL PHONE. So, I think I’m DONE shopping at the Delaware location, and possibly Cato in general.
