Spoke with Bruce on the phone regarding some hose I had bought. He had to call back with an answer to my question not a problem. I feel that many other places wouldn't have returned my call with a follow up. Excellent customer service.

I ordered headers for a restoration product January 26, 2021. The estimated shipping date was February 3, 2021. We let a week go past the shipping date and never received anything, we call and here the shipping date has moved to March 26, 2021 that no one bothered to inform us with. So now here we are, I call to see the status and we were on the phone for 20 minutes the first time and no one was able to get on. We hung up and then called again and took another 20 minutes for someone to finally answer. We were told we won't know until 8 tonight, well we just got an email after I emailed them again and they will not be shipping until estimated April 28th. They already took my money and you would think the least someone could do would be to inform me. Instead I have to fight just to get an answer. I understand there is a pandemic and things may take longer, but this is the third push back and no one bothers to inform me. I have deadlines to meet and just got pushed back again. Please at least inform your customers of their products they already paid for.

Ordered a pair of heads, only received 1, and 2 weeks later haven’t gotten a confirmation email or anything saying the replacements would be sent out. They keep giving me days and then those days come with nothing happening. Continuous loop. NEVER order from Jegs, I’ve only ordered from them maybe 3 times and they’ve messed up every order. I’m now out $1300

I ordered 5 items from Jegs Performance. They were delivered by 3 different Courier services that all had different methods of delivery on different dates. The engine stand I ordered was very poorly packaged, the box was torn in half and parts were missing. I called customer service and was told I would receive the parts and an email verifying they would be sent. That never happened. I have contacted them multiple times since and the refuse to respond. I currently have an engine stand missing parts I can’t use. I sent an email stating I would make sure to write a review on every site I can if I am not connected.

My first order was cancelled for reasons unknown and I was not notified...but if you look past that....Jegs has the most helpful and informed staff you can find anywhere. They are awesome, and make the buying experience simple and accurate. Jegs knows cars....and it shows.
