Isn't it great to work with someone that makes the used car search a pleasant experience? Aaron is generous with his time, a kind and patient man. I communicated with him over the phone and email a few times, he was always quick to respond and call back. I was only able to show up to his lot later in the day. He quickly got me set up for a test drive and allowed me to take my car to my mechanic (which we had previously agreed on). Aaron patiently went over the things I felt needed to get looked at and had his mechanics look it all over first thing the next day. Not only did he offer to fix those items, but also worked with me on the price of the car.nTwo instances that that speaks to the Aaron's character...n1. It was past closing hours when I finished talking with Aaron about the car I had tested. I was waiting for my girlfriend to pick me up and was going to walk across the street to wait at the Walgreens nextdoor. Aaron insisted on letting me wait in his office before closing up.n2. Once I finally left, and after driving out for a few minutes, I realized I didn't have my wallet. I called Aaron and he went back to check if I had dropped it in the car. Sure enough, it was there. He waited for me to get back to his office to personally hand me back my wallet.nThank you for your professionalism, kindness and patience, Aaron.
The staff was nice. It's not the most professional looking place in town, but the people who work there certainly conduct themselves as professionals. A pleasant experience.

O-H-I-T-O-W AUTOMOTIVE IS A GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED THEY DID ME RIGHT AND HAD A GREAT TURN AROUND TIME UNLIKE A FEW OUTHER BODY SHOPS IVE DEALT WITH THEY ARE GREAT GOOD GROUP OF GUYS THAT KNOW THERE STUFF I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS.
