My family and I were on our way to North Carolina from Michigan for Spring Break. Our van would shake like it was going to break down when we applied the brakes. I thought our vacation was going to be ruined. My husband called and they said we could bring it in. It was only 5 minutes away from where we were. They raised our van up right away and were able to see the problem. The mounting bolt for the caliper fell out. They replaced the bolt right away. We were there no more then 30 minutes. I can not thank Bob enough for getting us in right away and back on the road. Thanks to Delaware Automotive we were able to have an awesome spring break.
Competitively priced and good customer service. Had brakes done, oil change, tire rotation, damaged heat shield removed, and some bulbs replaced. I appreciated the call letting me know the estimate before work was completed. Will return!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They replaced the engine in my daughter's car. I live out of state but they made things so easy like covering the cost of the tow initially so i didn't have to deal with that and such. They had it done in less than a week and came in under their quote! They spent a lot of time on the phone with me because I was asking a lot of questions... Not once did they seem impatient. It has been a couple weeks now and there have been no problems. I highly recommend.
