Super nice staff and a great crew !! Cheap prices on oil changes and tires...nnUPDATE. The new crew at this place is horrendous, we stopped there about 30 minutes before close for a set of tires and was told there compressors were down and couldn’t be helped. People must not like money and definitely don’t have customer service

Stopped by at 5:40pm to get my air pressure filled in my left front tire. I was told by the bearded man inside that he already shut down his compressors and he couldn't help me. I'm currently waiting for a tow truck on the side of the road with flat tire. I thought I could make it somewhere else but apparently not. Tire Choice was the only shop open anyways. I definitely could have made it 1 mile home if he just topped off my air pressure. Who shuts down their air compressors 20 minutes before they close? Maybe I should ask their district manager if that's acceptable to him. Or maybe he doesn't care just like his staff.

I needed a new tire after finding a screw in a tire that couldn't be repaired. I was nearly due for new tires, so I went ahead and ordered 4 new tires. There was an ordering snafu, which I really didn't mind. I drove around town without a problem, but once I drove above 55 mph, it vibrated horribly. I didn't think it could be the new tires. The guys in the shop were great, so I took it to a mechanic thinking it was something else. It turns out that despite paying for installation, including balancing the tires, the all of the tires were all off by an ounce. How can a place that specializes in tires not balance the tires? To say the least I am disappointed. I now have a bill for diagnostics from my mechanic. At least they aren't charging me again to balance the tires that they didn't bother to do the first time. I do not recommend.

Not much to say about this place tires are too expensive at least when it was Monroe's haven't been there lately
