The worst place to buy a car. Problems and repairs never end after we bought a car from them. My lesson now is never trusting this company!!!!!!!
I bought a 2015 Chevrolet cruze from this dealership last November, and the dealership guaranteed me a three-month warranty. In January, the car's turbo broke down.I repaired in local stores for 1200 dollars, the dealership promised me to pay for the repair. But they never give me back the cost, they found many rediguous reasons to deny the warranty they give me: 1. They said they bought an extra warranty for my auto, but the warranty company already bankrupted, but they can't provide me the receipt. 2. They said the warrant they gave is invalid. 3. They said their dealership is already bankrupted and separated into several small dealerships. Anyway, I am preparing to sue this dealership, and nobody should ever buy or trust this dealership which plays so many tricks.
Worst dealer in the nation. They specialized in taking advantage of international students in the US. They sell cars remotely to Chinese students on the Wechat and lies about the car and intentionally hide specs/history of the car they are selling. All the promised warranty are fake and customers will not be able to receive any services due to they are an online dealer.
In all the times that I have visited this location, I always appreciate the professional standard of customer service they provide. The show rooms are always clean, the reception is always friendly, and they are very good about getting your vehicle in for service and back on the road again! They also have a fantastic inventory to choose from.
Bought a Porsche 911 from them and save like 5k below the Market, and they find the color I wanted. They don`t have any inventory but they take order and find the car for you over the country, I feel this kind of solution is better if you can`t find a specific car you like in your area.
