A friend of mine Tom recommended me to Byers. Tom spoke of Byers honesty, how detailed, accuracy and good communications. He also spoke of how resourceful Byers was and his bill was very reasonable. Byers crew starting with customer service, answering and transferring my call to Gynnae to the mechanics always professional and respectful..nnAs a first time customer I find what Tom said to be true. I am just sorry I waited so long, I will no longer use another auto service repair shop other than Byers.

Kyle on the used car side is awesome! We came in already stressed because we knew we would have negative equity but we needed a car for our growing family... he helped us out and even talked to us about options we had in the future to improve our loan. We bought a Tundra from another dealership last year and our experience wasn’t nearly as good. Worth the drive and this will be the only place we go!!!

We just purchased a Highlander Hybrid from Byers Toyota/Tim Bidwell and truly enjoyed the experience. They worked hard to bring together a deal that really worked for us and located the color we wanted and had it brought in. I would highly recommend Byers Toyota and Tim Bidwell! Super accommodating and easy to work with without the usual high pressure I've always experienced when making a car purchase! We love our new vehicle.

If you take your car in for service be careful and check to make sure they do all of the work and charge you properly. I took my Rav4 in for the 30K service, was supposed to have a commentary first oil change, was charged for it. Was also charged for the tire rotation and they were supposed to check the right rear tire for a leak. Had to have my card credited for the oil change, not really a big deal. The tech said there was nothing wrong with the tire and it was still leaking. Went back today to have it looked at. They found the problem with the tire but didn't rotate the tires. Tara did a good job taking care of the problem, but their service techs are not the most trustworthy folks.

Horrible experience trying to negotiate a deal on new car lease. The salesperson just didn’t want to provide information in writing to the extent that I requested. Made it seem like I was asking him to walk on hot coals to document our deal in writing.nnAlso asked to have his sales manager jump in to complete the deal but he said that his manager was too busy to talk.nnCan’t imagine how poor their after sales service is if they treat people like this pre sale.nnWent with Toyota West and leased the exact same car for cheaper.
