Bought my 2019 Ford Transit Connect from Steve Cousins. I received great service and was in and out quickly. I typically hate going to car dealerships because I always feel like I am being taken advantage of. Not here. In finance I was asked once about an extended warranty and I denied. I did get the gap coverage but was never pressed or pressured. I am happy with my purchase and my service.

Went to have key made but didn't see service department was closed until you got to door
I purchased a limited edition car from here. For the most part it is a good sales shop. I see some leadership issues that are minor and should be addressed and they are not experienced at body work as my detail was done with haste and lack of knowledge.... video to follow with link. I will note the salesmen are effective and kind but also to be very meticulous with your bumper to bumper warranty as I dont feel they will stand behind minor scrutiny without a legal battle. Remember that you are also paying for service and commitment.
