Didnt rotate the tires on either of my vehicles
My purchase experience went very well. I didn't feel any pressure from the Sales Rep (Dave) and once I provided him with details on what I was looking for, he gave me the proposed numbers to make the purchase and I accepted it. The Finance team did a great job of finding me a low interest rate for my purchase too. Everything was wrapped up in 2 hours. Thanks!!
I don't think enough people do good reviews. Our salesman Michael did such a wonderful job. Service was amazing and also the process of trading in our car and purchasing one was easy! We were looking for our perfect truck for 6 months and finally found it, every other place we went to they weren't friendly and we were just another potential sale/walk away. We will see you again in the future.
I have always been happy with Chesrown, but I have to say that my experience this time with service was not good. I had an appointment for an oil change, the sign even said 65 minutes for oil change, and we waited 2 hours in the lobby! We definitely won’t come back for service considering the free lifetime oil changes are gone. I would have made the drive and paid for the service we used to get, but will find somewhere closer.
I have shopped Chesrown on several occasions and have always felt like I was treated well. Past experiences we ended up going with and make but that had nothing to do with my Chesrown experience. Jim Thompson was extremely helpful and patient as I went through the decision process and never felt pressured. Ultimately found me the exact car I was looking for and had it at the dealership later the next day for delivery. Would definitely recommend Chesrown Chevrolet Buick GMC and Jim Thompson to anyone in the market!
