Joyce was very friendly. She took the time to be thorough, and made sure I got the maximum amount of deductions possible. She even helped me resolve an issue from three years prior in regards to a request for additional income tax from a state I didn’t live in at the time. She helped me file my federal and out of state income taxes from two years ago with ease. Normally I file my taxes with Turbo Tax but this time I needed a little extra help; I would highly recommend Joyce and Jackson Hewitt to anyone who might also need a little extra help filing their taxes.

I have been using Jackson Hewitt for many years. This is a larger, modern office, and the experience gets easier each year. I have been protected in previous years by having my taxes done here. Once, my preparer discovered errors by a previous tax company, and was able to resubmit and get me a retroactive refund! I will continue with JH because I depend on the expert advise and options explained to me. My preferred preparer Joyce has made this process convenient and efficient. Don't go anywhere else. Don't use some website. Go see a real professional at Jackson Hewitt and get treated with care and respect.

We have used Jackson Hewitt now for eight years and I can say that they are the best for quick returns and their ability to get you the highest refund amount is better than any other tax office. We trust out tax preparer and would never switch. She is highly experienced, professional and friendly. She is like family!! Jackson Hewitt is top notch and highly recommend!!

I am a long time client, specifically of Joyce Trent. She is thorough, efficient and has helped me protect my assets with sound suggestions. I have followed her when she is at different Jackson Hewitt locations just so that I can have her do my taxes. Jackson Hewitt does a terrific job.

I was in on 03-13 and my experience was beautiful! Not only did the tax expert who’s name was Charvae in the Delaware Ohio location took her time but she gave great advice on making sure i save especially being a new mom and setting goals for myself! I will be going back next year
