Brian was amazing. He sold us a 2012 Scion xB. He helped us as soon as we walked in the door - and was so very polite. He went through every aspect of the car and was very fast with his service. I needed a car TODAY & because of Brian I was able to do so. Thank you so everyone else! Also, we were trying to work within a certain budget and he was able to provide us options that satisfied us! I am very pleased with this car. Thank you everyone again!

I had a marvelous experience at North Coast Auto Mall in Bedford thanks to my sales representative Dylan. The customer service he provided was exuberant! Dylan, is very down to earth and shows empathy for your Auto needs. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles the company has for sell. He went above and beyond to make sure all my auto necessities and concerns were meant. Dylan, made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He should be employee of the year!!! If you ever want a car ask for Dylan he is the absolute best!

A friend recommended north coast auto mall and I’m so glad they did! They have great cars at great prices and they are very friendly. Michael was my sales rep and he was awesome. They also have detailing services that are amazing, my car looks so good! Would recommend to everyone!!

Nelson was an amazingly informative and genuine automotive professional. Not only personable but made sure we had the information we needed so we made a satisfactory purchase. It’s a scary world with unknowns in terms of purchasing a car, so to find a salesperson who eases tensions while also showing a determination to making sure things are handled properly is a HUGE plus. For this reason, we’d recommend this location to any seekers and have to give kudos to management for hiring quality personnel. Please give our regards to Nelson and his manager, and if there’s any incentives for customer praise/satisfaction-give him threefold!!
