Would not suggest purchasing a used vehicle from here. I question if the service department does a full check on used vehicles before offering for sale. Sales staff was very friendly and buying process was very simple. Purchased a Tahoe for $33k and have had $2k in repairs on items that I feel were not caught during the test drive and their service department. As is, where is buy but still tried to call them in a attempt to settle this, have not received a call back from them.nnWas expecting to purchase an extended warranty while working out the deal, but they did not even offer anything. Seems odd.
Brought my car for installing Infiniti sport exhaust for my q60. Bob was awesome and very knowledgeable. I had a great experience, staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back for servicing my vehicle.
Great service, great staff, great shop. Over the years I have purchased three cars from Infiniti of Beachwood. They have an excellent service department, Mitch have always taken the time to explain my options, never a surprise, and the repairs always exceed my expectations.
Purchased my used vehicle through here. I had Terrell as my sales man and I cannot say enough good things about him and the service I was provided. He stayed late on his scheduled day off to get my vehicle loan processed and had me driving my new (to me) vehicle that night. They even returned my rental for me! Couldn't be happier with my experience!
All I can say is Dan is the best. My online purchase ran every smooth. He is always on target and keeps his word. Thank you so much for all your help.
