Waited in the drive thru line for a half hour only to find that they were out of chicken for the sandwiches and the tenders.
Classic chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious. Far better than sandwiches I've had that cost more than twice as much. Taking off one star because the drive-thru was slow (it was dinner time). But honestly, it was worth the wait.
I really Enjoy Popeye's Food and I want this place to succeed... but 3 outta 4 trips here one or more of the following occur... First, the restaurant is closed in the middle of the day because the system is down, OR I wait 30 minutes in the drivethru for 3 to 5 cars... OR I get my food and the order is wrong or something is forgotten.
The food is great, the service is slow.
Good Popeyes food just be ready to sit at the drive-thru for a while it's a very busy store and the most likely be out of chicken sandwiches so if that's what you're there for having alternative
