Family favorite. I was expecting more toys and household items. Overall a good shopping experience just bad timing. There were crowds and couldn't enjoy taking my time to actually see everything and had to cut my shopping experience short. The employees need more training on providing a safe environment, organizing crowds better due to covid-19 and assisting properly on cash registers. I would recommend.

My food was absolutely terrible! Both polish boys were old and disgusting. They had almost no coleslaw. The fries were hard and stale. Do not waste your time.

Very rude. Call to place an order instead of saying what would you like the lady says for what and then say are you done yet. If you don’t like what you do find something else. POOR customer service

The Kim's wings in Richmond Heights, the cashier was friendly greeted me as soon as I came in the door. I placed my order and within 15 mins or less I was out the door with my food. My food was fresh and hot. Thank for the great service and food. Your sister store on St.Clair Ave can use some pointers from you, because in no way it should take 45 mins to an hour for a wing dinner. I'm going to make this store my permanent place for Kim's wings from now on.

Once your order is ready you're treated like you're in the way & the sauce tastes like ketchup. Nothing like the other Kim's. Never going back
