The customer service with the male with the short little braids on the register is horrible and the music selection with all the Profanity is truly UNPROFESSIONAL.!! Please hire more appropriate staff!! When trying to explain what I wanted to purchase with my hard earned money and that I had visited the other locations he said he didn't care about that he only knows this location. Just totally inappropriate.

I ordered two 3 wing and fries; 5 wing dinner; chicken and waffles and a slice of German chocolate cake, all I received was the 5 wing dinner and chicken and waffles via Grubhub.com. I immediately called and was told they'd given the driver two bags ( I only received a bag). I called the driver and he stated he was only given one bag. The manager could care less about my complaint!! I said previously, I would Never order from them due to them attempting to pass Swai off as catfish. This was the final straw!! I try to support black owned businesses but Some of them make it hard to show support!!!

I asked for sauce on everything. I'm glad I checked my bag...no sauce. She corrected it and I was on my way. She claims she didn't hear that part.

It doesn't upset me that this facility has slow service. What does upset me is that they are unapologetic about their poor service. I waited a full hour for an order that I was told would take 20 min. When I kept inquiring I was told 40 min in, that my food was just being dropped! Come to find out the CSR up front and the cook had a miscommunication and my food was sitting on the counter getting cold for 20 min. Do u think I received an apology? Not at all. The CSR shrugged and said it was not her fault. Pleaae somebody bringing in a training crew and revive customer service. Please!
