Barre3 is an absolutely amazing workout for body and mind. After just a few months I was noticeably stronger and more energized. This location specifically is basically my happy place. The studio itself is super clean and well taken care of. Liz, who runs the studio, is not only one of the best instructors, but also incredibly kind and welcoming. She's created a real community at Barre3.
I started taking classes at barre3 legacy village over 4 years ago when I moved to the area. I immediately loved how the workout hits all areas of the body, and incorporates more cardio than your typical barre class. Even more, I’ve come to appreciate how barre3 makes me feel mentally: strong, peaceful, and energized!
Barre3 at Legacy Village is the best! Not only do they provide the best workout imaginable to balance mind, body and soul, but they have gone above and beyond to provide safe access to their studio. You will love it at B3LV ud83eudde1
It was a great experience. I loved how the instructor gave personalized attention and made sure you were doing the right poses. Although I had trouble finding the studio, so if you find the Starbucks, go up the escalator to the second floor and it will be on the left.
This place is the best! Killer workout - I hurt in places that I didn't know I had muscles. Believe me, this place is not just for the ladies. I dare anyone to go there and try to keep up with this workout. On top of that, all of the instructors are super cool, warm and welcoming. Keep doing what you're doing B3, thanks!
