Great, friendly customer service. We bought 2 dresses for a formal birthday event and Toni was the best! She helped us from entrance to exit! I LOVE great customer service!!!
Today I went to American Commodore Tuxedo to find bridesmaid dresses for my sister’s wedding. Toni helped us, and she was AMAZING! From the time we came in til the time we left she was very helpful and just a beautiful spirit! She is definitely a valuable asset to your company.

I’ll start off by saying that I enjoyed my time at the store. I went to get fitted for a bridesmaid dress. The complaint I have is that I signed the paper work stating that my remaining balance was x amount of dollars. The manager of the store specifically said please read all of this before reading. A few minutes after I signed everything, paper and electronic, I was told that the balance was actually going to be $20 more. The reason, because I am plus size and if your dress is a size 18 or up it cost an extra $20. Totally fair, I get it, more material and time spent making the dress. HOWEVER, I read and signed and then the $20 was added to the remaining balance. I’m all seriousness, the store should take the loss because I signed the paper. They should have read everything before they had me read and sign everything. It’s not my fault you forget to do your job correctly.
