I would not recommend purchasing any hair from this company. I recently purchased the Brazilian Deep wave bundles and the quality of hair is HORRIBLE! The bundles are shedding very bad and the hair is very nappy. I reached out to the owner, Meechie, for either a refund or for the bundles to be replaced. I also sent her pictures and videos of the hair. I was told that I could not receive a refund because the hair was purchased as part of a Black Friday Sale. She was not willing to replace the bundles either. Instead, I was given instructions on how to care for the hair. I have shampoo’d the hair, let air dry and the results are still the same. I am very upset about this and I would not recommend anyone to purchase any hair from this company!

YOUR NOT GETTING WHAT YOU PAID FOR....ordered HD lace and got the worst closure wig ever. I was denied service with my stylist the knots were WAYYYY TOOO BIG. She tried to dye them and just couldn’t. Contacted Posh and they went on to say my stylist didn’t know what she was doing basically. Don’t waste ya money sis DO NOT I PAID TO REPLACE THE CLOSURE A REAL HD CLOSURE

I direct messaged the owner Meechie De’Franco about her false advertisement of 10% off on Instagram. Not only did she respond rudely that she wasn’t offering it (although it is still being advertised), she blocked me from future correspondence. Not once was I rude to her nor did I call her out of her name. She seemed irritated that I messaged her at 4am. Many of us work different hours so I don’t see why this would be a problem with a business owner who makes wigs out of her basement. She should appreciate the fact that I inquired about her $600 wig during a nationwide crisis. Bad business. Reported to BBB. Owners shouldn’t be allowed to treat future customers any kind of way, especially those of use who are seeking help, advice, and suffer from alopecia. She should remove her false advertisement on her iloveposhcollection.com website.
