The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I wish I would have read these reviews before I even went. I was able to make an appointment, and talked to two People without being told it was first come first served or I had to pay in advance. I even asked one person if I had to pay upfront and they said no. Because I was not told this information it caused me to be last one the list even though I had already waited 40 minutes and called somebody out of their way to come get me. I travelled over 35 minutes just to come to a place I thought gave good service...TWICE. I was pretty much told too bad and I couldnLeave if I wanted. I did not want to skip the line, only to be placed where they said I would be placed when I showed up for my appointment. I was their the day before and made the appointment because I did not want to have to be last on the list. This place is a joke. I’d rather pay more money, just to get respect.
Worst tint shop in ohio paid $250 for bubbles! I went back after 3 days due to work and they said my warranty was voided! if a friend pull up you might as well consider yourself last cause they’re ahead of you wouldn’t recommend to anybody!
Beautiful.... I spoke to Joshua before I arrived.... He was very pleasant and professional... Jeff actually did my tint as he was just as professional as Joshua...Tint looks great... I pray it stays
I have had a couple of experiences with this tint shop. First and foremost I went there to get my windows tinted and they ended up charging way too much. I would recommend going across the street to a place called MSW tint pros. They did my windows for much cheaper and from what I have read so far, a hell of a lot better than what they could do here even though they charge a lot more. I also wanted to get my headlights and taillights tinted so I came back here to get it done, and the guy that spoke to me on the phone had told me that for my specific car, it would cost around $100, I get there and then they suddenly raise the price to $200 after confirming to me that they would get it done for $100 over the phone. The last experience I had was when I called them to ask a couple questions . The guy at the other end of the line did not take anything seriously, he was laughing with some other guys in the background and he ended up hanging up on me. So ladies and gentlemen, please save your time and money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The have very poor customer service here and they don’t follow through with anything!!!
All in all great work. Took alot longer than expected but I thoroughly enjoyed the service. Will take car back because it was a bubble in my back window that shouldn't have been, but aside from that loved it!
