Great people great service we uick and efficient...
They took a long time to repair the vehicle, which was an inconvenience but fine. What wasn’t okay is that they stole money from inside the car. They lost a customer forever.
my vehicle was vandalized all my speaker were stolen my vehicle run terribly the associate told me my vehicle would cost 489.00 all of a sudden the price went up to 589.00 after the vandalism then they tell me the work is free for the inconvenience but my vehicle run worse than it did before I took it to them this is the worst shop in Cleveland only second to their affiliate shop in East Cleveland Bob is a snake & a crook
Great car service..
Good place to to go VERY quiet n clean. Surroundings is also quiet and nice. Fast food next door if you get hungry. I'd recommend this place above most places to stay in the Sandusky area. Very low prices too so it's a great bargan and even a steal sometimes.
