I purchased a car in early February. The car was not as advertised on the website, but when I mentioned it they gave me a discount on the price of the vehicle. After leaving the dealership we discovered the radio was not working. I put a review on the website and someone called me and they apologized and then sent me a check for the cost of the new radio. I was so pleased with their willingness to correct the problem and they were very professional about it. I would be happy to recommend this dealership again to anyone.

I had a remote start system installed. Overall the service was pretty standard. The service guy that checked me in wasn't really knowledgeable about the accessory I was having installed. He gave me a bit of misinformation. I don't think he did it intentionally, but as a customer, I would've appreciated him finding out accurate answers to my questions as opposed to him providing information he wasn't sure of. They also returned my vehicle without washing it--and I was shocked by that.

I bought a 2020 Equinox From Carla. She was great! Because of Covid I was able to handle much of the process over the phone. This experience has been the best! I appreciate Carla's hard work and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Wanted to give a big shout out to Carla Clayton who not only sold me my lease last year (Dec. 2019) but was kind enough to help me get my complimentary oil change/service completed, even though it was past the expiration date. I have been working from home since March of 2020 and wasn't even at 5,000 miles on my car for when my oil change was due. I barely drive anywhere (except to get groceries) and she really helped me out. Thank you to Carla for being so helpful and for the service team for completing my complimentary oil change with care.

Wait time was too long. Had an appt at 2pm. Didn’t leave out dealership until 4:30 no notification of what was going on. Had to find a service rep and his reason was you have cars ahead of you. I do not understand why send a survey asking did this service happen when your service reps pick and choose which one suits but yet you want complete satisfied on your survey.
