Very courteous and professional service. Car was ready when promised. Reasonable prices and comfortable atmosphere. While waiting for my car I witnessed numerous customers enter the store and many were greeted by their first name. It was easy to see that these were repeat customers. Overall pleasant experience.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I needed an exhaust repair for my car and needed it for the Easter Weekend. I put the car in on the Saturday before and told me they most likely couldn’t have it done by the end of the day which is fine, but I called them twice and both times they told me they didn’t even look at it. So the Monday after, I went to the shop and saw the car was in the shop but none of the technicians were coming in that day and one quit. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life and this place oughta seriously consider firing employees who repeatedly call off sick for no reason. Just ridiculous.

Was in business in Willoughby hills car got a flat had no spare and got towed to ntb. I was an hour an half from home with no way to get home and they refused to fix my tire leaving my stranded. Horrible customer service wouldn’t know why someone would call them a business like this.

I came in on Saturday to have a oil change, and tires rotated, and a alignment. Was greeted by your Store manager Dennis, very professional, and courteous. Your customers were leaving the waiting area, Dennis asked me to wait to go to the waiting room until he wiped everything down. He also mopped the floor as well before I went in there. How awesome is that. I'm also a Nurse at a local hospital, Dennis also said the company is paying for your oil change today. I wish all companies had a manager like Dennis who took care of me and also made sure I was safe. Thank you again Dennis, will see you next time.
