Courteous staff....fast service...very happy with my visit. Got an oil change and brake oil change for $300 less than the dealer charged me last time. If your premium cat needs to be serviced skip the dealer and head here, they'll treat you right and at a fair price

I had a horrible experience at this particular Conrad’s, I suggest going to a different one. They overcharged me and weren’t trying to help fix the problem. I definitely don’t recommend this Conrad’s!

Air was NOT Added to my tires(2nd visit in a row). Fluid Levels were NOT checked. I did NOT receive a service video. I did NOT receive any Service Recommendations. I had to wait a long time at the Front Desk, before someone came forward to check my car in. I will have to make another trip to another Conrad's to have air added to my tires and fluid levels checks...Wasting my gas. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Your Richmond Hts. Location Needs to CLOSE DOWN.
