Please please PLEASE do not go to any Firestone location. Went in for one tire but I knew my car had some other issues. But they charged me $119 to check out what was wrong with it even though I just asked for one tired ended up paying $1.2k for front brakes and he one tire. And then they gave me a list of things wrong with my car but the list was so vague and half of it was wrong. It’s cheaper to buy your own parts and take it to a reliable mechanic elsewhere who you trust. Don’t let them overcharge you for parts at Firestone and definitely don’t let them diagnose your car. They’ll be vague on purpose so you bring it back to them and they give you 10 more problems and you basically end up paying for a new car. I got pretty much everything on my 2004 pt cruiser fixed for a fraction of what Firestone charged me for one tire and front brake pads. Please don’t bother with them.

I used to find these guys reliable. This is the second time I've taken my Subaru to them to have them diagnose something and they haven't been able to. Both times, they've told me to take it to the dealership. I'm probably just going to have to start at the dealership first from now on. I loved their care credit that allowed me to break up payment in 6 months same as cash but I'm finding they are more expensive than it's worth.

This place scams, I promise you. Might not be everyone but there is something going on in this store and its fishy. Get a second opinion if so.

They take of me all the time. Not only do I take my car, but my mom and now my daughters. They are pricy but, they get you in and out when you need them.
