My husband purchased a used vehicle here last fall. The selection and access to a vast amount of vehicles from other AutoNation locations can't be beat. Our salesman, John, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, answered all of our questions, communicated well. Our experience with the finance manager was smooth and easy as well. Very easy, pleasant transaction. Highly recommend.
I've been to this location twice and have had two very different experiences. The first time was great! I received great service. The second time I was told that they could not get my hood open to do my oil change and that they had ordered a latch key for me. They said they'd call me when it was in so I could receive my service. This was in November and I still haven't heard back from them!
My experience here was great! I had already been to four different lots over three weeks before coming here. When I got here, my sales representative, Jim, was great! If you’re looking to get a car this is the place to go the customer service is the best i’ve ever seen and they made the whole experience super easy. my sales lady Theresa Stokes is the best one around, she made us comfortable and talked and laughed with us to make the process seem less time consuming. i love it there thanks again for an amazing car!
I've been going to AutoNation Ford East for service to my SUV since 2017. They greet you with a smile when you arrive, and they are very professional. They inform you if something else is going on with your vehicle, so that next visit you can get it taking care of. They complete the job in a timely manner and it's done right. I have no complaints. They even wash your vehicle before they return it to you.
