Purchased new Outback here. Generally a good experience. People are great and they got the car shipped to the dealership in a few days. A few improvements to get to Five stars include: 1) everything seems to take twice as long as quoted, 2) coordination between depts' can be smoother, 3) hard sell on warranties expected, but is a nuisance. Will return.

My Family has used this dealership for few years now. Great dealership. Allie Scali helped me find my Subaru. Was a pleasurable experience. She even offered to drive and come back with snacks, drinks, and food down the street since it was later in the evening; did not get that at the Ford dealership! I will have this Subaru for a while, but I will definitely pay these guys a visit once I'm back in the market for a new subi.
