The place I originally bought my car is no longer in service. This place was pretty close, so I gave it a try. A little over a year ago, I had them detail my car inside and out. I drive a work vehicle so I need to ensure my car stays nice looking for clients. I thought they did a fantastic job! They removed all of the seats when they scrub the carpets, so every dog hair, every french fry, anything I’ve ever draft between the seats was cleaned. I was so impressed, that now over a year later, even though I’ve moved an additional 20 minutes away, I still went back. I think I’m even more impressed this time. Some of the salt stains around my gas pedal that they did not get out last year, they got out this year. Detailing service is expensive, but I won hundred percent say it’s worth it! My car looks brand new again

The service I received at Rick Case was above and beyond what I expected. Not only do they sell beautiful vehicles, they treat you like you matter. From sales to service, I highly recommend Rick Case Honda

Their service is very courteous, but slow. It took 5 days to get my vehicle back for an oil change and rear brakes. The staff was very nice and pleasant, and apologetic. I think there was a break down on their internal communication that they even had my vehicle. I hope they hire more service reception staff staff for the amount of volume of work & calls they have. I might use them again, but not unless I need to.

I was able to change my review, finding out some people do care!nThis has been going on since my new purchase and I am VERY grateful to this service team who cares!!!!! Sara helped my son buy his first brand new car today. She was absolutely amazing! Every person we met there today was very nice. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know
